Losing Elk event actions after HS restarts

I recently noticed that after HS restarts (automatically each Wednesday morning), my events that have Elk Panel actions are blank. In the log, I see the following at startup:

I think that this started happending after I updated to the latest WAPSEER-20 from the updater - but I am not sure.

If I go to the Setup/interfaces page and disable and then enable the Elk-M1 plug in, I see a normal log without the errors:

Also, once I disable and enable the plug in, then all the Elk panel actions re-appear in all the appropriate events.

Any idea what is going on here? Or how to re-init or circumvent?

It is trying to setup the ethernet connection, but is erroring out. Let me look through the code and see if anything sticks out.
