Hi Loup,

We cannot work out from the error what is going on. Please can you give us as much information as you can about what happened when the error occurred so that we can try and recreate this in our test lab.

So the error occurs when I want to colect a HomeSeer emotion, as soon as Emotion opens on the desktop there is the error mentioned above I must clik on continue or exit, continue does nothing and leaves out, can you help me?

What version of Homeseer are you using? Older versions do not support the hs.writelogex function which has been used.

That looks like the issue then. You will either have to upgrade to the latest version of Homeseer or persuade emotion to recompile the plugin using hs.writelog rather than hs.writelogex command.

I do not want to change my version, it very well it's going, I still have version 2.3 which is not that old?
They make plug-in only for new versions?
Wish I could buy this plug-in me!
Enfain I am very disappointed in this situation, emotion was interresting for me

I'll take a look to see if there is a specific reason why we use the hs.WriteLogEx method. If there isn't or if it's minor we can do a version check workaround for this.

I downloaded on another computer HomeSeer brand new (Version trials day) I went and I instaler download Emotion in HomeSeer settle into it's ok, I Started Emotion, the same error, bizare right? This computer is with w7 and not with xp and I have the same error?? I do not understand anything, two different computers and same error,,, When do you think?

Are you saying that you are using HomeSeer version 2.5.x.x on a Windows 7 PC now and you still get an error containing "WriteLogEx"?

This cannot be good!
