    Concord 4 Disarm Trigger

Ok so i setup 2 events tonight as i have only setup door/light events on faulted....

    anywho..
i have it where if you arm the alarm. it currently shuts off the z-wave outlet tied to the coffee pot.
    This works

I also have an event for when disarm is detected to turn the coffee pot back on...
    This does NOT work

am I doing something wrong? started reading through the long plugin thread and didnt see my answer...

my goal is to start small... coffee pot.. once this is done i can just add devices.. then i dont have to worry bout the wife asking if i can turn around as she doesnt remember turning something off... im going to add more zwave outlets around the house too....

I have not been using the trigger partion arm/disarm but use events based on Concord User Trigger / user / disarmed

These have worked well for me. I get SMS whenever somebody arms/disarms the panel. Fast and reliable.

did you ever get this working?

I am using those exact scripts on my Concord 4 for extreme energy reduction.

        They work great.

        Travis

                nope...

now im not home.. but i did just choose...
                trigger - concord user
user - unknown (still havent setup the users as i think you dont have user 0 counted for)
                event - disarm

going to try that... so if the wife disarms the alarm.. the coffee pot should come back on...

this in the grand scheme is small.. my goal is

arm away shut off a ton of stuff...
arm stay dont mess with turning stuff off....

ok this works.. but a bit different...
so trigger off of user turned coffee pot back on...
but wrong user... i must have put the wifes in first for user 0 not accounted for in plugin.... then I am user 1... so im going to have to reprogram the users... add a fake 0 then add wife as user 2

I'll try to do some experimenting tomorrow with the Partition Disarm and see why it isn't triggering.

Hmmmm... Partition Arm/Disarm worked just fine for me. I have it set as:

                        Trigger Type: Concord Partition
                        Select Event: Disarmed
                        Partition: 1

Maybe you didn't choose the partition when you set up your event?
