For anyone who has tried version 1.1.5, there could be a timming problem with the Camera.ASP page and maybe capturing in general. By increasing the initial start delay by 100ms there is a small window that the plugin indicates it is not busy when it really is. On my system this small window happens to hit when snapping an image using the camera.asp page and as a result the asp page thinks the image is snapped when it isn't and it displays the last image. A refresh shows the correct image but it's a pain. I will look further into how to fix this issuse tonight but in the mean time, you can just add a 'hs.waitsecs 1' statement in the first line of the routine that checks the plugin status into Camera.ASP.
