    I have just installed the Hauppauge Capture plug-in and am using an Impact VCB 64900.

    When I try to go into the setup for the Hauppauge Capture plug-in, I get a dialog box that reads "Run-time error 9: Subscript out of range". When I click the OK button, the CapConfig windos opens with the four tabs, but nearly everything is missing. For example, on the General tab, there are no labels next to any of the text boxes.

    I have looked through the other postings, and haven't had any luck. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Can I get you to set the information level (in CapConfig form) to level 1 debug and restart HS. Send the hs log (ah.log) file to bstein@accesscomm.ca and I'll see what is causing the problem. Do you have multiple capture devices by any chance?

      I looked at the log file you sent me and the clue it's not working is in the log. Obtain the plugin license using the HS updater and enter thr trial code using the HS View --> Options --> Interfaces tab.

        The plugin is registered. When I go to the options window, select Hauppauge Capture, and click on the license button, I get a message that says "This plug-in is regsitered". How can the log file say it insn't registered, but I did enter the license info, and the license button confirms that.

          Curious - the log also indicated the HomeSeer it's self is not registered. Did you happen to move the HS installation to a new box?

          I'm not at home right now so I can't check if you are a registered user for the plugin - I'm assuming you are. If you have your original license code you should still be able to re-enter it using the license button.
