Just thought I'd post this in case anyone else was pulling hair out - couldn't see this anywhere in the HS HV readme (unless there's another doc anywhere?).
I had problems with HomeVision flags and variables not updating at all - turned out I had to enable the following in HomeVision AND UPLOAD TO HV:
Configure:Controller Settings:PC Communications:Enable automatic reporting
Then select the objects you need and the serial port the HV plugin is configured for.
Obvious really - but missed as I was used to using the HomeVision PC app for the last 4 years and this doesn't need this enabled.
