MS Agent and MS_Client question

Okay, I have the caller ID pop working to my networked client machines. I have Merlin setup as my agent under MS_Client. I have installed the MS agent plugin and it shows in my plug-in section of MS_Client and it is checked. I can "hear" Merlin shoring when he goes into idle (so I know that sound is working).

Now, my question is what have I missed so that Merlin will "read" the caller ID info when it pops.

I have also tried using the SAPI plugin to see if the normal computer voice would work, but again, when the caller ID pops on the MS_Client machines, no voice announcement.

I just added code to my caller id pop event and now Merlin has a balloon appear with the text that I sent, and he appears to be reading it, but no actual speech. Looks like I have something setup wrong on my client machine. Any ideas

Not sure exactly what occurred, but I killed MS_Client and restarted it (did NOT do a reboot). As MS_Client start up, speech started working.
