Won't work on Vista

Just got my daughter's new computer up and running. Installed the Message Server and it won't start. Error 75 (?) Path file something. Sorry forgot ex what it said now. Interesting, when I tried to start it it did not want to update like on my other daughter's comp, which is XP.
