Forgot how to do this

I used to be able to do this but I forgot the exact syntax.

I have an active webcam displaying when I go to

http://192.168.1.218:8096

How do I get this in a message box to display on all clients?

also I have an image at 192.168.1.218/img6.jpg

how would I display that on all clients.

Finally is this plugin being phased out? are there plans for any replacements?

If you send a message to a client and the message starting with http:// the web page will be display. If you want to have a web image with some text then you have to add img tag to your message like.

SomeText <br> <img src="http://192.168.1.218/img6.jpg">
