what sensors do i need

i want to do some temp monitoring of hot water pipes (outside wrap around) and also temp/humidity indoor. what do i need and where can i get the sensors?

the DS18s20 is the temp, I know you can buy a humidity sensor but it, unlike the temp sensor needs more circuitry to work.

AAG, Hobby Board and Midon all sell a Humidity sensor/Temperature sensor combination with all required circuitry on board. They just need a 1-Wire connection and possibly external power.
