I cannot change the type of my DS2423
Already made a hard and soft reset

anyone has an idea ?

What version of TEMP08 F/W are you using?

What response do you get when you use the TYP xx command?

The error is : Enter type : ???

Looks like you are entering the incorrect sensor ID in the TYP command. The # you need to enter is the same ID number displayed in the DIS commmand.
