A quick-and-dirty web page with a reference in the Setup - Web Pages area does it for me.
I have submitted a new version today to the HomeSeer Powers-That-Be; they've been pretty good about approving them quickly. This one comes complete with a very thorough manual (over 1MB for the manual; the DLL is about 10% of that including pretty good embedded help!) It has a section with images on how to do all that.
