I use it often to give switches double or triple functions
For the manual go to the plugin page
Select PowerTrigger
On the page shown there is a BIG BIG grey button at the the top telling you PowerTrigger help/overview in nice pink letters.

The PDF is located in the folder C:\Program Files\HomeSeer HSPRO\html\PowerTrigger

I just located this. Even though it is labeled as a pdf, it will be look better if you open it with a browser like FF.

I have PowerTrigger disabled now, so this is from memory, but near the top of the interface form there are some words in purple on a gray background. I think it says 'Help/Overview' or something like that. If you click on that gray box, the help file should open.

Where do I find the help file or PDF to help me understand how to use this plugin.

I am looking for a facility that interfaces to the Insteon 2423A1 that records power usage .. and trying to figure out if this plugin will help do this ..
