Downtime error

When the plug-in reports a PC...device down it says it's Downtime is 732317 days when it's only a few hours or days. Any ideas why?

Hi,

Does it only do this the first time the device was used with the RTM plugin or all the time?

Is the PC a static or dynamic IP address?

It may be that I am not initializing the value the first time the device is used with the plugin.

Try shutting down that PC and see if the disconnected time is correct and then power it up again and see if it is correct as well.

If not, let me know and I will have a look into it

I have not seen this myself at all.
