Failure to Send multiple SMS

When I am sending multiple SMS messages if I don't pad out the requests by 10 secs or so then not all the messages are sent. This is confirmed by the debug as there is always the second message missing (no attempt to send)

I am just using 2 HS actions in 1 event to send the two messages.

Anyone seen this?

It must be the modem that doesn't accept 2 SMS one right after the other.

I need to add an API to insert a WAIT in the queue from the driver.
