stipus, with homeseer beta version .19 homeseer crashed with an sms plugin error

runex has changed it's parameters in the .21 version of HS which will cause this error. The plugin will need changes to fix this issue.

The plugin is not compatible with HS 2.4.0.21 as the plugin API has changed.
