at some point recently I am not getting all the characters from the NetCallerId box. Sometimes i get them all. Very unpredictable.

I'm not seeing that either. Occassionally, my Panasonic PBX won't see all of the characters, but the NetCallerID has been rock-solid for me.

The NetCallerID box shows all characters correctly. The scripts just don't get them all.
I think it is a serial port problem. I am about to upgrade the Motherboard and hopefully this will fix the problem.
