Call Waiting Caller ID, NetCallerID, and HS 2.0
I am very interested in getting HS to announce call waiting caller ID information. If I understand correctly, the ONLY way I can do this is with a NetCallerID device (and not a HS PCI modem set up with HSP). Is this definitely the case?
Also, it appears that work is being done to make the plugin compatible with HS2, but it isn't as of yet. I'm thinking of moving to HS2 soon and wonder when the plugin will be "certified." (Right now the HS sales webpage lists it as NOT being compatible).
I have an idea as to the answers to these questions, but I just want to be absolutely sure before I invest in hardware and plugins.
