Getting false reports of new callers

Hi, Paul.
I'm sorry to read about your troubles. Will these happen each day? It looks to me as if this has the potential to be a hardware problem.
Would you be willing to let Hyperterm monitor the NetCallerID box (4800,n,8,1) for a day, or so, to see if, indeed, the box is sending out spurious characters?
We CANNOT have this script causing negative WAF for another!
