Regular modem for CallerID
Hello,
Will this script package work with a standard modem to provide callerID to HSP or will it only work with the callerid box? I do not have any more com ports available, but I do have a standard PCI modem that is providing callerID to MCSAudrey. If it is possible to do this, what exactly do I need to do?
In order for the modem to work with MCSAudrey I had to use the following settings (from the MCSAudrey ini file):
CIDCommPort="7"
CIDPortString=9600,n,8,1
CIDModemInitString=AT+VCID=1
CIDNamePrefix=NAME =
CIDNumberPrefix=NMBR =
