    CID speaks twice

I presumed I had installed the plugin correctly. Now when a call comes in, HS will speak the actual CID information then WAF will speak the translated CID information from the text file I have edited.
How do I stop the first CID information from speaking?

    Thank you!

Well I looked for the HS phone setup and don't see it. I do NOT have HS phone installed BTW.

Do the speak lines in the HS log file have the same time stamps?

Thank you Master Rupp and everyone else for the help.

I have rectified the problme - seems the ID10T problem has affected me again.

In the WAFNetCallerID.Ini file, when I ran the initial setup, I had the line "HS Speaks CID info... = 1".
I changed the = 1 to = 0 and the problem is fixed.

The only interesting thing I found is I have two .ini files:

WAFNetCallerID.ini and WAFNetCallerID2.ini and both of them are the same.

I belive the two ini files are for line 1 and line 2 (if you happen to have two phonelines in the house)
              Regards, Bob
