Installed the plug-in, for the 1,0000000000000000000000000000000th time and cannot find any place to enter the license reg codes let alone configure the plug-in.

This particular plug-in at one time worked beautifully however, during one of the HS upgrades, it quit working. I have installed and re-installed this plug-in about infinity-1 times. (and it just keeps getting worse...)

I know I can edit the .ini file manually but not only am I still limited to the 30 day trial, I cannot get the thing to create and add to the "WAF-NetCallerID-Phone-List.txt" file.

Ideas or did I throw away my $35.00?

Follow these steps:
1) Install and configure SnevlCID (free)
2) Restart, and get all the features you had plus lots more
3) Relax knowing you got a couple of years for that $35

I had to configure the SnevlCID via the .ini file because, when I opened the "Snevl_CID_config.aspx" file in the IE browser, the file opened as text only.
How do I get the config file to open as a web page in IE?
Is there any other way to config the thing?

I am using the NetCallerID box on com6.
One phone line.
No phone books or logs created yet. How do I initially create them, what is the default configuration as far as layout? Do I need to configure them at all or will the SnevlCID do that for me?

I'm not sure what that could mean. If you put it into your homeseer html directory, you should be able to access it directly like any other HS page.

Send me a PM with your email address, and I'll work with you. Sorry if it didn't work easily the first time.

As for your phonebook and log: The log will start from empy. If you have stuff in your WAF phonebook, I can probably translate that pretty easily, if you want to send it to me. Let me know your email address and I promise to make it all work for you!

Trying to clear out errors.

I am trying out this program, I thought I had purchased it at one time, but cant find anything in my emails.
I am getting a error that I would like to get cleared up before buying.
Running script, script run or compile error in file: WAF-NetCallerID-Sample-CID-Processing.vbs1002:Syntax error in line 8 More info: Syntax error
I believe I have it setup right, but not sure and always looking for help.
