    Problems Configuring Wapseer

    HI All

Just purchased a license of wapseer and downloaded in updater.
    In setup/interfaces configure wapseer.

Just opens the same page again ie http://192.168.0.3/conf

    Anyone any thoughts.

    Thanks

    Al.

WS3 beta doesn't have the config page done yet (next build or the one after). There's really nothing to configure - just install and browse to it and you're good to go.

I seem to have multiple versions on my machine Justin.

      on the setup/interfaces
      Wapseer -20 --- HSPI_WS30.DLL 3.0.1.0

When I log in to the system Wapseer 2.1
      Seems to work though.

Can I just delete the wapseer files and start again as this must be an old eval install?

      Regards

The two different versions have different URLs. 2.1 uses /WAPSeer.ash, while 3.0 uses /ws.

As far as starting over, HS itself stores the eval key information, so a simple uninstall/reinstall won't do it. You can, however, put in a ticket at the HS Helpdesk requesting a trial extension key.

BTW, I'd very mush suggest trying the 3.0 beta, although a trial extension/purchase will enable both. It's very stable, and it has the full plug-in thermostat control that 2.1 is missing.

            It's not ws.ash. Just /ws
