Missing Icons E65

My phone is a Nokia E65. If the device name takes up more than 1 line on the screen then the number and the on off icons do not show.

That's definitely a problem with the way the phone is rendering the items.

You might enable device name trimming, which will only show the first X characters of the device name. Go into options/advanced, enable device name trimming and set the length down to 15 characters or so and see what happens.
