This file should be in the HomeSeer root directory. Have a look and see if it's there.

The only version of this file on my system is in teh old Homeseer 1 directory.

Should I re-install HS, or can I pick this file up somewhere?

a repair of your HS install should fix this. Have you tried the repair option in the add/remove programs?

Same problem with new installation of HS 2.1.122.0 the file is missing.

Downloaded the file and problem solved.
