Ocelot devices not showing in events

I just changed to new computer. I had some events that used Ocelot relays and now they don't work. I tried to create new events but the devices are not in the device lists.

I read some old posts from 2006 about this problem. I'm not sure if they still apply.

I'm running HS2 on a 2003 server. ADIOcelot plugin is version 1.14.0.3.

Any help is appreciated!!
