Help. Ocelot Plug-in Error

I had to restart my hs machine last night.

Now everytime I start homeseer I get this error

Nothing on the machine has been changed in at least a month. using hs 1.5.2 b20 and plugin 1.07 It tried to use b25 and plug-in 1.10 also. But nothing works.

The ocelot runs fine using the cmax software I can load program/exec / read and set variable in cmax.

I have tried shutting everything down and restarting with no effect.

Had the same error. Uninstalled and re-installed HS.... that fixed it.

Nope,

I removed homeseer. removed homeseer registry entries. rebooted. re-installed. with the default config. 1.5.2 b14 and default plug-in I get the same error.

I even re-installed 2000 sp2.
after i get the errors in my previous post. If If go into the interface tab and try to hit setup for the mr26a or the ocelot I get the following
error and hs just closes.. nothing running

popup dialog

remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable

and poof no more hs running.

Can C-Max control the Ocelot?

yes. CMAX has full control of the ocelot, I just verified it right now. cmax appears to have full control of the ocelot. Variables, i/o's and relays...

I think I have tried just about everything. I probably will copy data off the machine tonight and format.

Probably a good idea. If C-Max can communicate with the Ocelot, than your hardware is fine.

All,

Well I put in a new hd. and proceeded to install win2k ( wanted to preserve all old info )
The install didn't go so well. After a couple of hours troubleshooting at 2am. I found a memory chip bad.....

Replaced the memory put old hd back. System now runs perfectly. UUUUUGHHHHH. Strange how the only thing affected on the system was the ocelot plug-in. Everything else ran fine.
including w2k and ie.
