    I checked with Engineering regarding the sensor linearity.
    The Bobcat code utilizes a 10 point look-up table. Values between the two data points are determined with a straight line interpolation routine.

      That sounds quite reasonable to me. Thanks.

      That means the device should be in good operating order. The discrepency at higher humidities must be to some other unknown issue.

        For your installation, let's start by gently bumping the gain parameter until you see a value that agrees with your other equipment. You may need to tweak the offset, but you should be able to achieve matching results.
