    HomeSeer Trigger Ocelot action

I am a new HomeSeer user.
I have a CMAX program where there is logic that performs a set of functions if
the Ocelot receives learned IR codes.
Since HomeSeer doesn't actually send IR to the Ocelot, how can I have HomeSeer trigger the Ocelot to perform these actions?
Would setting a variable temporarily be the best way? How do I do this? How else can I instruct the Ocelot to do something? What is this sendRaw
    command I stumbled upon?

Ocelot variable #60 represents the # of the location of the IR code that it detected. The Ocelot firmware controls all aspects of this functionality. HS or any other application looks at the Ocelot internal variable change to a different value and that then equates to the IR code that it received..
HomeSeer 2, HomeSeer 3, Allonis myServer, Amazon Alexa Dots, ELK M1G, ISY 994i, HomeKit, BlueIris, and 6 "4k" Cameras using NVR, and integration between all of these systems. Home Automation since 1980.
