Status icons missing

On my Homeseer with Centralite plug-in (latest versions), the Status page is missing the Status icons for all the LiteJet Dimmers. It appears it's looking for the *.gif files in the D:\Program Files\HomeSeer HS2\html folder, rather than D:\Program Files\HomeSeer HS2\html\Images.

Other than copying the GIFs to the html folder, any ideas why this is happening? Loads and Relays have the correct icons.

I ended up copying all the image files in the Images folder to the HTML folder. That fixed the problem, but doesn't explain why the plugin is looking for them in HTML folder.
