Show Message Not Working

I have a message to remind me to take out the trash. It pops up on the keypads at 8:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It worked fine when programmed as a program through PC Access but I can't seem to get Homeseer to trigger it.

When I create the event, I go to messages and choose Show Message 1 which says Trash Tomorrow. When I test it, it doesn't work.

Using a OnQ HMS1100 panel...

I just tested here and it worked fine.

Are you using the OnQ plug-in or the HAI one?
