Event will not trigger everyting....

I have an event set up as follows....

Trigger - Device OnQ Zones Zone 10 value becomes equal to Not Ready
Condition - Time is Nighttime

Action - OnQ System - Turn On Light Unit Driveway Lights
Wait: 10 minutes
OnQ System - Turn Off Light Unit Driveway Lights

This works about 70 percent of the time. I see it being picked up everytime by the OnQ panel but Homeseer doesn't seem to pick it up everytime.

I am guessing this is because Homeseer doesn't parse the OnQ panel but every so on and it is getting triggered during a time when Homeseer is taking a break and not looking at the OnQ? If this is the case, how can I make this work 100% of the time... I'd even settle for 90%?

Is it the initial trigger that appears not to work each time, or the turning off part after 10 minutes?

I have zone triggered events here and they work every time, so not sure what is going on.

Do you get any checksum errors or messages about resyncs during this time that it should be triggering the event?
