    Error Message Help

    This is a clean install of Home Seer and then update to 2.1.88.0

    Installed the HAI 2.1.2328.16018.

    I had the pervious version work fine but this one give me this error code.

    Security BuildZonePage Error 91, Object reference not set to an instance of an object. on line 0.

    Any ideas?

    Wow, I seem to have had that bug follow me from several versions of the plug-in... time to find that one once and for all!!

    I believe it is the result of one or more of the "numbers" being set to zero. e.g. you told the plug-in that you are using zero X-10 units, or zero thermostats, or zero Flag units, etc. Can you either email me your hspi_HAI.ini file or send me an email with the values in your configuration screen? That will help me find the cause of that bugger and then I can get you a fixed version.

      Have downloaded non beta ver 2.0.0.19 it connects fine to the panel but when I try to go to the HAI security tab it gives me this error "security BuildZonePage error 9, subscript out of range on line 420" Any ideas on this?

        ok...after a couple restarts of homeseer and the computer that one has cleared up.
