    Can't communicate with panel

    I have been running HomSeer 1.7.44 with the HAI plugin for well over a year with no problems. I recently downloaded the plugin version 2.0.17 and everything seemed to work except I had duplicate devices. Now when I restart HomeSeer I get an error that it could not communicate with the panel and nothing works.

    I can communicate with the panel with PC access, but not with the plugin. Does anyone have any ideas?

    Hello Don,

    Put the HAI plug-in into debug mode at the higherest level, Restart Homeseer, wait for the "Cound not communicate with the panel" message and post the results of the HAIReadWrite.log and HAIPlugin.log.

      Ross, Thanks.

      After having shutdown and restarted several times the next time I tried to restart everything came up and worked!!

      The system is happy again. I am as confused as I think my system.

      If it comes back I will implement your debug procedure.
