HAI Via Omni Pro II Power Failure issue

    Had an odd issue today.

Earlier this morning I had a power failure. When the power came back it tripped the AC fuse. I have a thermostat connected to Omni Pro II and it didn't come back on as it is on a same tripped circuit breaker. After the power came back on HS2 came back on and would get errors via HAI plugin then HS2 would fail to function then shut itself down. Not knowing that the breaker was off I kept restarting with the same result. What would the plugin be seeing relating to the thermostat that would cause HS to quit working?

Hmm. Trying to understand this. A breaker tripped that powers your furnace/AC, and therefore your HAI thermostat was also not powered, correct? Even though the HAI panel was powered, it sounds like HomeSeer would constantly reboot. Is this correct? Do you just have one thermostat?

Sounds to me like you might have found a bug in the plug-in more than anything else. Maybe an unpowered thermostat causes the HAI panel to read it like a zero, and maybe that zero screws up the plug-in. You might want to notify Rick of your experience.

Yes, HAI thermostat was not powered.
Homeseer would boot and from the log I see would run for 1-2 minutes then quit. It would not reboot. Just stopped. Logs do not show anything.
      I have one thermostat.
      Thanks Anogee, will contact Rick.
