  • Plugin Status - Unknown Response

    Having trouble getting my HT2 to talk to my OmniProII. In Setup -> Interfaces, it shows the plugin status as "Unknown response". The Plugin was able to initialize and correctly reads back the firmware of the panel (2.16) but that's about it. It created the 18 HAI system devices, but the values are "Never set" and it doesn't respond to changes I make at the console. BTW, I am using the HAI supplied serial adapter between the panel and the HT2. I can change the config info on the Webconfig page but nothing changes. Am I missing something simple? I am attaching my startup log file. I notice some strange entries from HAI. Also, I tried to enable logging from the Webconfig page, but I am unable to get the changes to stick.

    Just for the heck of it, I down-graded to the HAI Plugin 2.0.19 and voila...it works! Although I'm reciving numerous log errors as follows:

    Also the following checksum errors:

    I have a help desk ticket in for why v2.1.2746.29695 wouldn't work.
