I have a $1,000.00 Budget aproved from the Wife....

I am thinking of selling my Napco Security panel and getting one of the OMNI Panels. I have three HAI RC100 TSTATS and the OMNI LT will only do 2. So it is between the OMNI II and OMNIPRO II I also want to get some other things besids just the panel. such as two keypads. etc.. But my question is this Should i get an OMNI Panel ?
and which model should i get? and why?

Here's a good comparison chart to help you decide:

In my opinion the biggest fundamental difference between the two is the 3/4 serial ports on the Pro II vs. 1/2 serial ports on the Omni II and the Pro also has the ethernet port. If Homeseer is always going to be your main interface to Omni, then you probably can live without the Pro. This is because your serial devices will be connected directly to your computer and you probably won't be changing the programming in your HAI that much once you get it running. Most of your programming will be through Homeseer. So save your extra money for the accessories. Good luck. The Omni and Homeseer combo is a great one. Rick Tinker should be supporting it for years to come cause he has one in his house.

          Andrew,

I doubt you'll find a better price than Worthington Distribution.
