  • Rick...Any Ideas?

    Trying to use mainlobby to control alc devices.
    Get this error...
    Client: [myClient1] Cmd: [ex:unit7On] Reply: [Error in command, check syntax.] 31 characters

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Josh

    No idea at all! It just says that the command failed due to a potential syntax problem.

    Can somebody show me the exact call to the HAI/OnQ plug-in that is being made to control the ALC device?

    The prototype for the call is:
    HAI_Unit_On(unit as integer) as boolean

    So in a script, using unit 123 as an example, it might look like this:

    bResult = hs.plugin("HAI_System").HAI_Unit_On(123)
    if not bResult then
    hs.writelog "ML-HAI","It failed!"
    end if

    Of course you need to substitute HAI_System and HAI for OnQ if you are using the OnQ plug-in.
