HAI or CM11A for control?

I just installed HS to interface with my new HAI Omni II system and I like the versatility so far. I have been reading a lot of posts here and I was wondering if I am better off connecting my old CM11A to my HS PC, or am I fine with the connection through the HAI panel?

Thoughts/explanations?

Ken,

Due to limitations in the HAI panel, it does not work well as an X-10 interface. I would definitely connect the CM11A, or since that tends to be problematic sometimes, see if you can scrape together $40 for a PowerLinc USB interface. The CM11A will work fine though - just remove the batteries from it and let it sit for a while before you plug it in to anything so it will get its memory cleared.
