      Really slow load

I recently moved my HS install to a brand new PC. I am now experiencing several error messages and a long delay (nine minutes) when the plugin is loading the library. Once loaded, it is working as expected - although the devices page media player items are sometimes not accurate.

The computer is running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. Hardware is dual core AMD with 3GB of RAM. All OS patches applied. No other software other than HS is installed (was a clean OS install).

      Here is the log output:

Does Media Player itself run ok? When you start it, does it display any dialogs asking for information? Does it play your music ok? The error inidicates some communication issue between HS and the Media Player application.

I get those same messages fairly often although, not nearly as frequently and it didn't seem to affect operation. This morning was different the MediaPlayer just went nuts and I had to disable it to get control of HomeSeer back. I won't have a chance to look at it until later but I'll post the errors in the log then.

Media Player works just fine on its own. No messages when opening, can browse the library, and play songs without issue.

Turns out most of my problems were related to the WMP library getting scrambled which put the plug-in into an infinite loop. I have no idea what caused the library to go south but once i deleted and recreated it things were fine again.

I do still get occasional messages like above, no idea why but they don't seem to effect operation.

There seems to be a memory leak somewhere in this version. HomeSeer usually lies well below 100 MB on used memory, but once I just play a MP3 from the library it jumps up to 280-300 MB...

                              No Music!

The HS Media Player page suddenly stopped showing any music. I upgraded to 2.5.0.12, but no change. HomeSeer version is: 2.4.0.49. I read about resetting the library, so I deleted everything and had Media Player rescan. The Windows Media Player works fine, but HomeSeer isn't finding anything. Setup says the Interface is OK. Note that I did add a speaker client tonight, but I wouldn't think that would cause a problem. Here is some relevant info from the log:
