So, I got a CamStat and it's working fine (e.g. running my heat pump). I got a Zwave controller, and it successfully added the thermostat to the network. I then had HS learn from this controller, and it said it successfully learned one node, and "Thermostat 1" appears in the config box.
However, HS is not talking to the thermostat. On the Zwave status box for Thermostat 1 it says:
Error sending unknown (49) command (1), return was ERROR
Anyone know what I've done wrong? The only thing I can think of is that I didn't associate the module to a channel, but it it isn't clear if this is necessary since I don't want to include the thermostat in any "scenes."
