Thermostat Plugin not showing up

I am trying to add a Wayne Dalton Thermostat to my zwave network, I'm running Homeseer Version 2.4.0.1 I'm trying to install the Z-Wave Thermostat plugin version 1.3.0.8. When I install the plugin everthing appears to install ok, no error messages, exit homeseer, and restart no error messages, everything seems to be installed fine.

The Updater shows it is installed, proper version etc. but when I go to the plugins tab nothing is there, and under setup/interfaces it does not show the plugin there.

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

You do not need the thermostat plugin with HS 2.4 support is built in.

Ok, when I add the device, I get 3 z-wave interfaces:

Root Device
Child Temperature
Child Switch Binary

I was expecting 1 "thermostat" device, is what I'm getting there correct?

It's has to do with the way you add this device. If you push and hold the inclusion button it is added as a binary device. If you tap the inclusion button it will add it as a stat

Ok, this looks better, I'm not sure if it is correct.....

Now I get

Z-Wave Thermostat (status is Temperature, Setpoint, Mode, Mode(Operating), and Fan)

But I'm still getting 2 more devices

Z-Wave Thermostat Temperature
Z-Wave Thermostat Switch Binary

I'm also not getting any options in the control colum to change any of the settings

I think you are there
same as mine except the binary
the temp is new

in order to control you need to click on the top ( yellow ) box
" Z-Wave Thermostat Status "
