    Problem using Linear GD00Z-4 with HS2PRO

    Hi;

    I am still using HS2PRO on Win10x64 with Aeon Labs ZStick 2nd generation.

    I am trying to add a Linear GD00Z-4 garage door controller. On the HS3 forums, people describe having problems, but ultimately they are able to get it to work. I have tried everything - adding, deleting, re-adding, adding using the ZStick alone, adding using the Add button in HS2. In each case, it finds the device, but fails trying to get additional information about the device, so it doesnt get added.

    Does anyone know if it is possible to add a Linear GD00Z-4 to HS2Pro? I called Linear, but they had no idea.

    I'm guessing that HS2 doesn't support the Barrier Operator command class: http://products.z-wavealliance.org/p...s/1458/classes. It also uses a manufacturer specific command class that likely isn't in HS2. I believe support was added in the HS3 z-wave plugin well after development stopped for HS2.

    Cheers
    Al
