Updater not showing all plug-ins

There are many plug-ins not visible on the HS2 updater, including all of Blade's plug-ins, for example. Is there an issue with HS2, WinXP, or...?

In place of information about a plug-in is the following:

"Not Available (U1) Plug-in information is temporarily unavailable (U1) Plug-in information is temporarily unavailable Unknown XXXXXXXX Unknown Unknown"
