My hometroller died, so I downloaded hs2 pro on my cpu, copied some files and I'm back up. Hstouch works fine. I use VNC for accessing HS program, but I can't get past the password. I've tried everything I know to do, but no luck. Where is the PW reset in the program? What else am I missing?

Delete your users.cfg file and restart and it will reset the user accounts back to the default settings. -

Thanks Rupp, that did it. I'll post this next question in the proper place, but might you know why my Fortrezz WWA01AA water detectors take a long time, 10 to 45 minutes, to register an alarm on HS? They will communicate with associated devices almost instantly and other nearby lamp modules communicate with the HS network immediately. I've tried many jack leg ideas, but no joy.
