    Problem with HS3 touch

    Help is appreciated.
    I had HS3 touch installed on two iPhones and and iPad. Everything was working fine until one day it asked for our log in information again. We entered the information and it did not work. I uninstalled the plug-in and the app from each device and reinstalled them and I still cannot get it to work. I am not sure what could be going on. What else can I try. While I have scenes running it REALLY sucks to not be able to use the apps.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

        Maybe try creating a new account in HS3 entirely with a new user name and password and using that? Just to rule out other connectivity issues if nothing else.
