Install error (server)

    Install error (server)

    When I installed the server app I get the following error in my HS log:

    10/25/2008 7:36:16 AM Info Interface HSTouch Server is running as a trial, 30 days remaining.
    10/25/2008 7:36:16 AM HSTouch Server Register callback completed
    10/25/2008 7:36:16 AM Info Initializing Plug-in: HSTouch Server
    10/25/2008 7:36:16 AM HSTouch Server Registered for STATUS CHANGE callback.
    10/25/2008 7:36:16 AM HSTouch Server Registered for STRING CHANGE callback.
    10/25/2008 7:36:16 AM HSTouch Server Registered for CONFIG CHANGE callback.
    10/25/2008 7:36:16 AM HSTouch Server Registered for CALLER-ID callback.
    10/25/2008 7:36:16 AM HSTouch Server Registered for VALUE CHANGE callback.
    10/25/2008 7:36:16 AM HSTouch Server Error Failed registration of GENERIC EVENT callback: Public member 'RegisterGenericEventCB' on type 'hsapplication' not found.
    10/25/2008 7:36:27 AM HSTouch Server Warning Exception on String Change callback: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

    I tried to re-enable it but the error shows up in the log an I can't get into the config properties. I'm running HS 2.2.0.66

      Actually the post just stated that SOME functionality will not work:

      Other versions will work, but some features such as auto updating of status will not work.

      If "some" functionality means it won't start, then they probably should be more specific and say it does not work with any other version..

        OK so I setup my router to pass the port of 10200 and based on the log it looks like the server started on that port. I'm still getting errors when launching HSTouch:

        10/25/2008 9:52:54 AM HSTouch Server Warning Exception on String Change callback: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

        I have tried the client locally on my HS server and getting this error and HDTouch Designer throws the error of unable to connect to the Homeseer server when launching.
