Install problem while opening HSTouch designer

Hi all,
I have installed HSTouchDesigner but I get an error after opening the application. A pop-up appears with "Server plug-in is incorrect version, or timeout getting the version from the server, version 1.0.0.25 or later is required" . Help me what to do?

what server plugin are you using? (you can get this from the HS web GUI in the setup/interfaces tab). I think that error is a bit generic so check the following;

HSTouch Server plugin version
HSTouch Designer username/password
HSTouch Designer IP address
HS web users page, create an account for HSTouch if you need to

I Have the same problem since i've updated hs server.
My hstouch version is correct, users also

You need to be running the latest version of HomeSeer, HSTouch plugin, HSTouch designer, and the client of choice. Then you must ensure the plugin are enabled via the Setup > Interfaces tab.
