Adding Multiple Albums or Tracks to a playlist

I have been usng the predesigned Music Screen in HomeSeer touch in conjunction with J River. Is there any way I can add more than one album to a playlist or would I have to create the playlist in JRiver for it to work. Ideally what I need is to be able to add more than one album for the playlist without creating it first. Any ideas ?
