    Error that's been around a while - 2.5.0.29

    Here is log output (Mine is reversed, notice time stamp) related to speaking output. Just upgraded to 2.5.0.29 (Pro) and it persists. I had reported this once before with no resolve.
    Why is HomeSeer "speaking to file"?
    This error doesn't really hurt anything - its been there for some time - I just don't like error without reason. Anyone shed some light here?

    HomeSeer writes to a file and then plays that on any device running HSTouch if you are on a version of HSTouch client that supports this.

      Perhaps it is a permissions issue. Do you know where the file is supposed to be written to?
